INNER COMPASS | Workshop for Women with Pang

  • Tushita Gallery 23 Westermühlstraße München, BY, 80469 Deutschland (Karte)

When life gets too loud, learn how to return to your body, your own quiet truth — and move through anything.

This is a 2 hour (120 min) guided workshop led by Pang through honest discussions, and guided meditations to reconnect with your body's wisdom. It's where you'll learn how to navigate life with self trust, quiet confidence. Explore what it feels like to be fully rooted in your body and fully trusting of your inner guidance.

Phase 1: Finding Your Inner Compass

We begin with the body. We begin where truth lives.
This phase is about gently guiding your attention inward, locating the places within your body — your intuitive gateways. Through breath and posture practices, you’ll learn how to reconnect with the parts of you that already know how to steady you when life begins to spin too fast. Simple yet powerful somatic practices that can help you hold anxiety and overwhelm with grace.

You’ll explore how your feminine cycles, your sensitivity, and your inner rhythm are not something to suppress — they are the quiet power you’ve always carried. This phase is about remembering that your body has been listening all along, and it wants to lead you home.

2: Listening for What’s True

Once we’ve grounded in the body, we move into an anchoring meditation practice which you can return to over and over again on your own. In this phase, you’ll be guided through a special meditation by Pang through sacred and restorative visualizations that can help you tap into the calm, wise presence that lives within you.

This is a place where clarity lives. A place you can return to when you’re facing uncertainty, big decisions, or moments of emotional overwhelm. It’s where you’ll remember that you already have access to your own answers. Through this practice, and through safe, open dialogue woven throughout the workshop, you’ll experience what it feels like to be supported, witnessed, and gently held.

Phase 3: Alignment & Discernment

In the final part of our journey, we’ll explore what it means to truly align with what matters most to you. This isn’t about manifesting from a wish or a mood board. It’s about learning how to come home to yourself, to feel rooted and safe within your body, so you can recognize what is truly meant for you.

We’ll explore how to sense the difference between the noise of ego and the clarity of your deeper knowing. You’ll learn how to gently steer your inner compass toward the life that feels most authentic, most nourishing, and most aligned with who you really are.

This workshop is for women of all ages, backgrounds, and life paths who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember the quiet strength that already lives within.

Pang Baunach

Pang Baunach is a meditation guide, tea practitioner, and intuitive facilitator with over 20 years of devoted study in Eastern and Western esoteric traditions. For the past decade, she has steeped herself in the art of tea, weaving ritual, stillness, and self-inquiry into a lifelong practice of inner alignment.

But Pang also knows the world outside the sacred.
She spent nearly ten years navigating the fast-paced, high-pressure world of Silicon Valley tech, including running her own digital consultancy and later working for a leading San Francisco tech company. As a mother and a woman in a highly competitive, patriarchal system, she learned firsthand how to meet the urgency and demands of modern life without losing her center.

Her work is grounded in the belief that we don’t need to abandon the world to live in truth — we need tools to return to ourselves within it. Through years of self study, embodiment, and lived experience, Pang brings women the rare ability to hold space for both softness and strength, stillness and structure. Her path is a reminder that feminine grace is not weakness — it’s a power that, when honored, can lead to a life of clarity, abundance, and deep self-trust.
